Kepkezelo.com is a quite unreliable Hungarian image hosting service. Images from before July 2014 don't seem to be available, and there are several bugs on the site.
To make it even worse (although it's less a problem), they don't let people access uploaded pictures sequentially. Just a "random picture" button helps archivists.
The website has also been broken recently, for most of the existing pictures the image page doesn't load, although the images are present on the server. Update: image showing works now, yet several other functions are still broken. Not too many pictures are shown from recent times, too.
It's not a place for advertisement, but you are strongly discouraged from using that site while it's in such a condition.

Archiving
Wayback Machine doesn't (can't) archive the pictures.
user:bzc6p decided to do a discovery regularly (once in a year) using the "random picture" function of the site, and downloads discovered new pictures.
Next run: January 2016. As of January 2016, neither the random picture button nor Google search shows too many images uploaded since January 2015, so the next scrape is postponed indefinitely. (There may have been uploaded many images, it's possible that they just don't show up for some obscure reason.)
Archives
First run (January 2015): ~45,000 images downloaded, ~17 GiB total.
