Kephost.net is a small Hungarian image sharing service started in 2020.
Site reconnaissance
Based on information available on the website, it's run by a private individual, and the first image was uploaded on 2020-07-02.
Images can be uploaded with or without registration, and in each case, either as public or private. Public images are said to appear in the image listing, although there is apparently no image listing page. Discovery of images is possible via a random image page.
As of 2024-03-24, the website claims to have 892,000 images uploaded, of which only 26,000 are said to be public. This unfortunately low ratio was later confirmed by an automated discovery process.
Comparing the total number of images to the total size of images, it seems they are each quite little in size, and looking at a few images, it seems most of them are video thumbnails, including pornography, perhaps for bittorrent item description pages.

Archiving
user:bzc6p started the first round of archiving in July 2024. The following table lists the numbers of public images discovered by year, and their archival status.

Because item discovery needs a disproportionately high number of requests, thus risks being banned, the next round of archiving is not planned before a substantial amount of new images are added, i.e. early 2027 (unless a closure is announced or assumed earlier).
