The Citizendium is a wiki-based on-line encyclopedia that constantly "pursuits [sic] the highest standards of writing, reliability, and comprehensiveness".
In 2020 after several years of declining activity the remaining handful of users began to discuss shutting down the site. It is unclear when this will take place at the moment, but the site's funds are expected to run out by 2021. There's some efforts to resuscitate the site.
