List of renamed social accounts
When a social media account becomes renamed, especially on Instagram, which is not as searchable as Twitter, all URL's leading to that page become invalid and one might not be lesser able to find one's account again.
This page is for keeping track of those renames to avoid them from getting lost.

Tools
There are some tools that help keeping track of username changes, mainly by figuring out the user ID from the username and vice versa.
For Instagram, keeping track of users via the ID has become much harder since the crippling API changes of June 2016. Several existing tools have stopped functioning since then. The user ID is no longer included in the page source code, and to find out the user ID, one needs an access token from Instagram, which is not easy to get.
