Pocket (formerly Read It Later) was a site that allows you to save a web page for later reading.

Pocket started as Read It later which had a free and paid app, known as Read It Later Pro. Read It later rebranded as Pocket, adding previous Read It Later pro features into the free tier. In May 2014, Pocket added a premium tier which included suggestion of tags but also saving articles offline, even if the webpage vanished. On 27th of February 2017, Pocket was brought by Mozilla.

On 23rd of May 2025, Mozilla announced that pocket would be discontinued on 8th of July 2025.[1]
