Club Nintendo was Nintendo's customer rewards program, in which customers did surveys in exchange for coins, which could be redeemed for rewards (games, playing cards, console accessories, etc.). It shut down on July 30, 2015 in North America and on September 30, 2015 in Europe and Japan.
