Axfc Uploader is a beloved Japanese file hosting service. Files can be hidden behind a password, which is often provided by the uploader anyway in the query string of the download URL ("?key=XYZ"), or in the same paragraph of text ("パス：XYZ"), but in the latter case sometimes described with prose to deter foreigners from downloading. Files may be accompanied by a captcha.
It is unreliable, with speculation that it has finally shut down whispered regularly every time.
