- I've added some more info about HDDs in their various forms (i.e. NAS and docks). Some of it may not be entirely accurate - I'm somewhat new to storage hardware, but picking it up as I go along.
- I think it would also be beneficial if we added some recommended hardware in these areas.

Hard drive cost

$200 is pretty darn steep for a terabyte now (may the technology gods bless moore's law) a more reasonable price might be less than half that... erm.. £50 or so (for a random drive from a common retailer), so $80? --Dr-spangle 22:32, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
