Safe.moe was Yet Another Pomf.Se-like website. You can upload anything and it will host anything. The domain was recently changed from cuntflaps.me[1] The author reported 20TB monthly bandwidth.
It was changed to a "demo" site sometime, saying that URLs returned are not real, and uploaded files are removed immediately. Catbox.moe is the stated successor.
Any updates to the website are expected to appear in maintainer's blog.
