A microblogging site, apparently started in 2008. Funding itself with ads and premium memberships (that hide the ads and provide a few other minor benefits). In December 2018, various sexual-related material was banned.
Plurks can be discovered by searching keywords with the official API [1], but probably good to keep an eye on the website.
