Is It Normal? is a website where, as you can probably guess, people ask whether things are 'normal' and others vote. There is also a poll system that allows you to provide different answer options than simply "Yes, this is normal" and "No, this is not normal", though you need to login to see the results of those.
The title is inside the URL, but it doesn't matter what you put as long as the number at the end is intact (example: https://www.isitnormal.com/post/hfiuerwhiufewhi-310730 redirects to https://www.isitnormal.com/post/iin-that-i-think-of-anything-south-of-usa-as-being--south-america---310730). Posts seem incremental, starting at 1 through 6 then continuing from 65001 beyond.
Comments are included in the page source code, so just getting the page itself is enough. I can't find an example of the list of comments having pagination, but long threads can have it.
