ArcGIS is a proprietary geographic information system (GIS) with a web based component.

arcgis_features.py is a WIP script to download features and extract outlinks. It does not currently make a map replayable on web.archive.org nor handle raster layers.

There are also other scrapers on GitHub, including at least: esri2sf esri2gpd gis_scraper
