The .eu domains project aimed at archiving all UK-owned .eu domains. Since 2019, only EU citizens or residents may own a .eu domain (previously, only EU residents could). With the expiration of the Brexit transition period, all domains owned by UK residents who aren't EU citizens were suspended by EURid on 2021-01-01 at 00:00 CET and will be revoked one year later.[1]

- Internet Archive CDX API
- Common Crawl domain graph[2]
- Project Sonar FDNS dataset
Archival
Due to the sheer size of the entire .eu web space (millions of domains), complete and thorough archival was never an option. Instead, we ran recursive crawls up to some limit in URLs, size, and runtime.
