ownlog.com (and related fotolog.pl) are one of the oldest blog platforms in Poland. They host about 45 000 individual blogs. Those platforms gradually lose popularity and they seem to be abandoned from their owners (except most critical maintenance). There is high risk of closing this service in a near future.
