WikiLeaks is a website dedicated to obtaining classified information and leaking it to the public. Their most notable leak is Cablegate, which was 250,000 classified cables between the world's politicians.

Obtaining data from it
Wikileaks is aware they could be taken down at any time, so they try to make their information easily downloadable and spreadable. They made Cablegate available for download via torrent, for example.
