OLAK5uy_ playlists

Currently the OLAK5uy_ playlist is marked as "albums" in the list, but I've found this example: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_ngk2GjZo5SyEd3GrzDBuxdkBK6ZlS3hf8

It's a playlist titled "Videos" in your chosen language (e.g. in Estonian it shows up as "Videod"), and it contains a bunch of fanmade videos for a specific artist. The playlist always has 150 videos, but its contents keep changing bit by bit day to day. Many of the videos in the playlist are not detected by the Content ID system, so I'm not sure who picks the videos for the playlist and whether it's automated.
