Blocked websites?

Attempting to access https://archive.ph/https://canarymission.org/ captures or view other pages with "canarymission.org" as a substring like https://archive.ph/https://canarymission.org/* shows a generic "Welcome to nginx!" message that I haven't seen before in using archive.today.
