Naver TV (네이버TV) is a South Korean video website owned by Naver, created in 2012.
Shutdown
On 2026-07-30, Naver announced the service would cease to exist by 2026-09-30 15:00 (UTC+9). Although there isn't any announcement on their official blog, several media outlets have posted it. It appears to be that they also sent emails to their users.
Channels worth saving
As the service was never popular to begin with, it's hard to find real user created contents on the website, and most videos are from tv stations that also post videos on YouTube and elsewhere.

- Some web drama series appears to be NaverTV exclusive (according to namuwiki) and should be saved.
- Naver's official movie trailer channel. Videos here are *probably* on YouTube as well though, but we should definitely save the comments for all videos here.
- Someone has a channel full of rare old movies from video tapes digitized
- Another channel with rare old movies dubbed in Korean
- Videos from 'Junior Naver' (kids website) seems to have moved to NaverTV after that service closed in 2025. 1 2 3 (there's a lot more) no idea if all these are NaverTV exclusive though
- Naver Webtoon's channel. Recent videos seem to also be on YouTube, but not older ones.

- Videos found with search query '티비플'(tvple), another korean video site closed in 2019. These videos are all probably reuploads from that site.
