Medica — Bibliothèque numérique is a historical digital library focused on the history of medicine and health, maintained by the Bibliothèque interuniversitaire de santé (BIU Santé) in Paris, France.
Shutdown / Transition
As of 2025, Medica is being progressively replaced by a new platform called Numerabilis.
This transition involves:
- gradual migration of content to the new platform;
- coexistence of both systems during the transition period;
- eventual decommissioning of the original Medica interface.
