Manyland is an in-browser pixel sandbox universe game by Philipp Lenssen and Scott Lowe. It relies heavily on user-generated content. Its universe and various areas are open for building.
Many documents such as help and forums are also accessed in-game (https://manyland.com/helptown).
On October 2 2023, Philipp Lenssen disclosed budget difficulties [1] (accessed via the Misc forum). On November 26 2023, it was announced that Manyland would shut down, perhaps in January 2024. [2] Websites have appeared to snapshot areas, such as https://areabackup.com/ and https://offlineland.io/.
As of 2023, Facebook login is not functional.
