Invisionfree is one of the bigger free forum hosts. The website is quite large and have forums that date back to 2002. As far as I can tell not many people use it nowadays compared to before, probably because other free forum hosts use better forum software like phpBB that has better layout and looks better. The copyright notice on [zIFBoards.com http://www.zifboards.com/], which [Invisionfree.com http://invisionfree.com/] redirects to says "© 2002-2014".
