Channel 9 was the Microsoft Developer Network website for video podcasts, interviews, conference talks, etc. relating to software development in the Microsoft ecosystem. In the context of the MSDN shutdown, Microsoft announced on 2021-11-05 that 'most' content uploaded after November 2017 would be migrated to Microsoft Learn.[1][2] The site shut down later that month between 2021-11-18 21:30 and 2021-11-19 02:50 UTC.

Archival

ArchiveBot jobs were run in summer 2020 (restarted after a crash in August) and again in November 2021: job:7i2a5s799pl6rgfnxtkxpfs5j. These likely only retrieved English uploads and are possibly incomplete in other regards as well.

User:JustAnotherArchivist retrieved information for all videos from the API in November 2021, and a download of the highest-resolution videos based on this list is ongoing.
